We charge a flat rate of $11.50 for most items Australia Wide, with some heavier accessories a flat rate of $15.00. We use Australia Post, and while most items are shipped within 7 days, delivery times may vary.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are not able to supply. From time to time the delivery of specific items may be delayed for reasons outside our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us or if we anticipate delays. We will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
Bulky furniture items will have different delivery rates, which will be shown at checkout. We work with a number of delivery partners and courier companies for delivery of furniture items, however, there are some postcode exemptions and some items are excluded from NT and WA.
AUSTRALIA POST Furniture items that weighs 22 kg or less will be dispatched with eParcel that is Australia Post’s Internet enabled freight system. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool.
FASTWAY Furniture items that weighs below 22kg with a lower cost than eParcel, the item will be dispatched with Fastway. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your orders are dispatched. Fastway provides reliable courier distribution service across Australia. Their comprehensive fleet and professional team will ensure items delivered safely to your door.
ALLIED EXPRESS Parcel that weighs over 22 kg will be dispatched with Allied Express. Allied Express is the biggest and independently owned courier company in Australia with offices in all major mainland capitals. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Allied Express website. Allied Express will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone number.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.
PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We encourage you to send your returns using a traceable method as we can accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
